AWARD DESCRIPTION

This award recognises a individuals, organisations or Aquatic Facilities who have made a difference or innovative approach to Customer Service in an Aquatic Facility. The program can be a one-off or ongoing.

Nominations may be from an owner or operator of an aquatic facility, employees or contractors who are part or fully responsible for Customer Service in an Aquatic Facility

JUDGING CRITERIA

For entry into this category submissions should answer the following:

Describe how the nominee has provided a contribution to their community / industry in Customer Service

Describe (and provide evidence) of improvements and/or achievements made in Customer Service over the past 12-18 months

Describe how the nominee has shown commitment to aquatic safety through Customer Service

Describe what barriers have been encountered by the nominee in Customer Service and how have they been overcome
